the base of this model is made of anodized cast aluminum, the blade protection plate and thickness/sliding plate are provided with a teflon coating. The extra hardened steel hollow ground blade in combination with the extra heavy motor and the slanted position ensures an optimal cutting result. The meat slicer is infinitely adjustable with a cutting thickness of 0-15mm and has a built-in sharpening device.
